PLACEMENT FEES

Domestic Placements start at 5k.

Corporate Placements are charged by percentage of Candidates Annual Salary.

What is your REFUND policy?

Serafina Staffing does not offer refunds for placements made however, we do strive to create long term relationships between our Clients and Candidates. Should a placement end within 60 days of employment, you will have the option to re-contract with the agency for a new Candidate search at an appropriate fee determined by agency.

WHAT IS YOUR TRIAL POLICY?

We want you to make the most informed decision possible about hiring possible. We offer you a full-time schedule for trialing, which includes four (4) full days at the recommended 10 hours per day for a maximum of 40 hours per week. For live-in Candidates, you are allowed 44 hours of trial work in a week’s time. Candidates are to be paid for trials directly at the end of the trial period.

If an alert is detected in the background check, can we transfer paid fees and continue searching for a candidate?

Yes. If there is an undesirable result in the background report of selected Candidate, all paid fees will be applied to continue the search for alternate candidates.
 

Do you train employees for clients?

No. We properly vet the selected candidates for you to make sure they are the right fit for your specific needs. Training a Candidate for specific job requirements is the sole responsibility of the Client / Employer.
